Let yourself be vulnerable and open. Take risks, do the thing that feels wrong.. do the thing that feels right.. A lot of the time we're afraid to explore life in a vulnerable state because we know it's going to hurt more or be the wrong decision..BUT by being closed off you miss out not only on the bad things, but also on the good that could come your way and ultimately change you. Take the risk and go with flow, it's terrifying in the moment but you will ultimately learn so much from it no matter what it is. Better to say shouldn't have than should've.

The hardest thing we have to do is to accept our body as it is. At least it's the hardest thing I have to do. Every day is different, my weight fluctuates all the time. It takes loads of self control to keep in shape and I have to watch what and how I eat, ALWAYS..But sometimes I say fuck it...and the next day I regret it... Don't give up and keep your head up high, be realistic, and if you're not satisfied, TRY HARDER and please, please DO IT IN A HEALTHY WAY!!! Never say never ??#neverswimwear #awareness #nevergirl
