Today it's that "lazynicefooddonothing" - kind of Sunday ??. Busy editing the YouTube video for today while enjoying a lovely health meal. That it's weekend doesn't mean you have to grab on to junkfood all the day! For me it really helps to just have my healthy foods in the house and know what I need to eat. It can make a huge difference in your results. I also have one cheatday on which I just go out to dinner, have some Nutella or other nice things. BUT I still make sure I get my proteins && vitamins in on this day. All the other 6 days I try to eat as clean as possible.You really work up to that day all week ??.
