Muah&photo by @irmalomidze Ok so I wanted to share a special message from me to all you! Recently I've been getting texts from my home town that people are talking saying I'm on drugs to get skinny! Let's just stop there! This doesn't affect me that people talk, it affects me that people who follow me accuse me and ones especially who have always known me to spread such rumors. I don't do coke.. or any substances! I don't even drink hardly ever! I am extremely into my clean eaton and never miss a day at the gym no matter how busy I am. I will get up at 5 in the morning if I have a shoot to assure I get my workout in! I work very hard to look the way I do and it wasn't easy getting here! I shed weight because I was motivated to be someone I always knew I could be. I moved thousands of times and traveled thousands of miles across the states job to job to be where I am today! So before you judge me and make accusations look at all my post and progress! If I was on drugs I wouldn't be doing all this. I'd be back at home sitting on the couch watching my hard work and dreams wash down the toilet! So I forgive everyone for what they have said!!!! I can let you all know I'm drug free and very happy here in LA doing things and not living in a dream world! I'm more than happy to help anyone with any advice on how to mela prep everyday, lose weight, gain muscle, and even FaceTime to talk about motivation and getting out there!
